We have been serving Connecticut and the New England area since 1989 and remain at the cutting-edge of recent trends in residential home design as well as the elegant appeal of the traditional style home. Our Story
Owner of WickedAwesome House Plans, Kathy ran the business independently until her husband, Craig retired from his career with the Town of Southington in 2006 to join her. In 2013 he began designing and maintaining WickedAwesome House Plans, a website showcasing Kathy’s work and where clients can purchase plans. Craig has become a great asset to the business, working alongside Kathy on a daily basis.
Although opportunity has arisen to expand their business, Kathy and Craig have made a conscious decision to keep the business small, so they can assure a superior product and customer service.
